4. Technical Issues:
In the event of any technical issues or interruptions that prevent the completion of a reading, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and offer a rescheduled reading or refund, as deemed appropriate.
5. Wallet:
5.1 Only when you have prepaid money in your wallet can you avail the tarot reading/ astrology guidance sessions.
5.2 Once you book a session with our team and are not able to make it, the session will only be rescheduled once. It cannot be indefinitely postponed. Your money will not be debited to your account in that case.
5.3 You can only make bookings with our team through this website and not personally. Follow up calls or messages regarding your session will not be encouraged. Another session has to be scheduled if you have doubts.
6. For those below 18 years of age
Our services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect or store personal information from anyone under 18 years of age. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a minor, we will take steps to promptly delete it from our records.
